We also have a large number of users working from Home, via Remote Desktop Services, due to the Pandemic. That completely needs to go, as it shouldn't matter how many concurrent Login Sessions a User has, especially if the License is supposedly attached to the User's Adobe ID (Email Address), as opposed to the Computer itself (as it used to be with Serial Numbers, in Version XI and prior). However, if you have permission to edit the document, you can follow these step. There is also the Two Computer Limitation on concurrent Login Sessions.
